What shipping options are available?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 across Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator with tracking included, and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Where are you located?

Medibles Online is an Indigenous-owned cannabis dispensary located on Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. We specialize in providing high-quality, tax-free medicinal and recreational cannabis products.

Is it safe to order cannabis online?

Absolutely. We ship all orders in discreet, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed packages to protect your privacy. Cannabis is fully legal in Canada, making online purchases both safe and convenient.

Will my package be delivered securely?

All orders ship with tracking and delivery notifications.

Orders over $500 automatically require a signature on delivery.

We also recommend selecting Pickup at Post Office at checkout to avoid delivery issues such as package theft or missing deliveries. Orders not using this option are delivered at the customer’s risk.

What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?

Once Canada Post marks a package as delivered, it is considered complete on their end. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If you are concerned about delivery security, choosing Pickup at Post Office at checkout is the best option.

We currently accept payments exclusively via Interac e-Transfer. Unfortunately, we are not accepting Bitcoin, PayPal, or credit cards at this time.

We charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping across Canada, orders over $200 are free!

All orders ship with tracking and delivery notifications, so you can follow your package’s progress.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Due to our streamlined processing and payment system, once an order is placed and paid for, it is considered final and cannot be changed or canceled.

How long does it take for my payment to be processed?

Interac e-Transfers can sometimes take a few hours to process. We accept them Monday-Friday, Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order promptly and provide you with a tracking number.
